I was a soft King when this world allowed for it, before beasts taller than trees clawed their way up from the earth to swallow up Knights like grapes. I barred the gates to protect the Kingdom and conscripted every able-bodied person into the ranks of my army. Those who dissented were put to the sword. The Civalian Kingdom is a mighty oak with roots spanning centuries that does not bend no matter the weight of this world.
